Handoffs and “can you take Saturday?” stay on the club.

Anna
Hi, I have to work Saturday... did you want my boat booking?
10:12
Yes! Thank you!
10:13
Perfect, I’ll send you my booking. Just accept it and it’s yours!
10:14
Amazing, I accepted! ⛵

The forum
Write posts, share photos, and keep up with what’s going on in the club. You’ll get a notification if someone mentions you.

Saturday on Alba was the first real sun this month. Coffee in the cockpit after, and Mira is free Sunday if anyone wants her.

We will take Sunday on Mira. Thanks for leaving the cockpit dry.
The boat does not need a calendar, a mailbox, a booking site, and a Facebook group. It needs a club.
No more separate calendar
Nobody has to keep the boat in their own week. The bookings live on the club board.
No more kilometre-long email threads
Bookings, cancellations, and who has the key stop living in a thread nobody can search.
No more separate booking sites
The boat is booked where the crew already is — on your club, not a third login.
No more Facebook groups
Weather, keys, and who has Saturday belong on a crew forum, not a public feed.
The booker’s phone, when it matters
If the boat is booked but still at the quay, crew can reach the person who booked her after the skipper’s wait.
The boat’s condition, on the boat
Notes and photos before she leaves and after she comes in. The next booking does not guess.
These are the tools on the club today — not a roadmap slide.
Week board
See who has which boat, book a time, cancel, or give it away. If they do not show, another crew member can take it.
Reach who booked
When the booking has started and the boat is still ashore, the booker’s phone can be shown so you can call them.
Boat log
Condition before you leave and after you come in. Photos of the tank, the deck, the damage. The next person reads it on the boat.
Crew forum
Short notes from the quay — weather, keys, who has the boat next. Mentions stay in the bell, not a Facebook feed.
Messages
Write the other person directly. Handoffs and “can you take Saturday?” stay on the club.
Meetings and events
Club nights, launches, and work days on a shared calendar. Invite crew, RSVP, pin a place on the map. On a shared boat, every owner can add a date and everyone sees it.
Skipper’s change log
Who booked, who cancelled, who changed a role, who verified a phone. Admins see who did what, and when.
Receipts
Crew file a receipt from the trip. The treasurer reviews it and pays it back. The paper trail stays on the club.
Verified crew
Phone codes so only members book. Skipper, moderator, treasurer, and crew — each with the access they need.
Skipper desk
Boats, bookable times, reminders, booking limits, and the crew list. Clubs can also close days. One place to run the club.
For club owners and admins
Crew, times, blocked days, reminders, and a log of who did what. This is the office for the club — not a spreadsheet, not a second product.
How a shared boat and a boat club actually run on All Aboard — not a brochure, the product.
Your own club site. A week board to book the boat, a trip log with notes and photos of her condition, the booker’s phone when she is still at the quay, a crew forum, private messages, events for club meetings, receipts for the treasurer, and a skipper log of who did what and when. Not a personal calendar, not a kilometre of email, not a Facebook group.
A shared boat is for 2–5 people who bought a boat together: who has it this weekend, what the last trip left in the tank, and a board everyone can see. Club is for a boat club: several boats, verified crew, skipper desk, forum, events, treasurer, and phone codes so only members book.
Yes, when it matters. If a booking has started and the boat is still at the quay, crew can be shown the booker’s phone after the skipper’s wait. You do not have to hunt through a member list or an old SMS.
Every booking has a trip log: notes and photos before you leave and after you come in. The next person sees fuel, gear, and damage on the boat — not in a thread from last July.
Yes. The club log records who booked, cancelled, took over, changed a role, verified a phone, or wrote in the boat log. Admins see who did what, and when.
No. The crew forum is for weather, keys, and who has Saturday. Mentions stay in the bell. It is the club, not a Facebook feed mixed with ads.
Your data
We keep All Aboard running for boat clubs. We do not sell crew lists, and we do not pass your data to brokers.
What we do
We store what the club needs to work: names, emails, phones, bookings, log notes, photos, and payment status. Each club is its own site. Other clubs cannot open yours.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not run ad or tracking cookies. Stripe sees the card. We never store the full card number.
Download, delete, recover
Download a copy of the club whenever you want. Delete your own profile when you want. The skipper can delete the whole club. Write to us if you need a deleted club restored from a recent copy.
Stop spreading the club across a calendar, a mailbox, a booking sheet, and a Facebook group.
